    Service Computing System Engineering Life Cycle

    The development of service computing technology has triggered the need for organizations to build a service computing system. This system is able to deliver IT services that can meet the challenges and needs of business services. An understanding of the service computing systems engineering life cycle is necessary to model and build the systems. This paper conducts the study of the service computing systems concepts and proposes the life cycle of service computing system engineering. First, some publications relevant to the service computing systems are reviewed systematically in order to develop fundamental concepts and elements of the systems. Second, a metamodel of service computing systems is built based on those concepts. Third, the life cycle model of service computing systems engineering is proposed based on the metamodel. Finally, the verification of the life cycle is conducted by comparing the proposed life cycle to the life cycle of software engineering, service engineering, and service system engineering. The contribution of this paper is to provide a coincise understanding of the components that are needed to build such systems and show the interaction and collaboration between the components in the service computing systems

    PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL TERHADAP PRESTASI SISWA SMA DI JABODETABEK

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan teknologi digital terhadap prestasi siswa SMA di jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi  dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMA di jabodetabek. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non probability sampling jenis sampling incidental. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan Rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 200 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa nilai sig sebesar 0,00, maka tolak Ho sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemampuan teknologi digital terhadap prestasi siswa. Besar pengaruh kemampuan teknologi terhadap prestasi siswa yaitu 51,80% dan sisanya 48,20% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. &nbsp

    Modeling IT Value based on Meta-Analysis

    Over the last two decades, research about IT value has been done. The main purpose of IT values research is to determine how IT investment gives impact and value to organization performance. Because of vital role and function of IT, the organization required to understand how IT could create business value. Therefore, an understanding of IT value is needed. Systematic literature review in meta-analysis is required to determine the relationship between IT resources, organization capabilities, organization core competencies, and organization performances. The research was conducted on 53 publications which generate the classification matrix components that have an impact on organization performance. Hypothesis testing results that organization has the best performance on financial, efficiency, and other performance through external capability and core competence. So, indirect effect model is better than direct effect model in explaining IT value

    Evaluating Services Computing Systems Engineering Framework using An Acceptance Model

    The gap between business services and IT services becomes a major concern in services computing. As an approach for service-based IT solution, services computing systems are promised to be able to bridge the gap between these services. The implementation will require an engineering framework as a guide to building the systems. The framework needs to be evaluated to provide important feedback to the framework development. This paper outlines the evaluation of SCSE framework through an acceptance model. The study develops an acceptance model based on the experiences of a group of engineers after using the framework to build smart campus services systems. A survey involving 54 systems engineers with various engineering backgrounds was conducted to assess the experiences of the engineers in using the framework. The results of the acceptance model show that both perceived ease of use, represented by the level of agreement (Ï…1) and perceived usefulness, represented by the level of importance (Ï…2) deliver good results almost for the entire stages of the proposed framework. In addition, the user experiences of using the proposed framework are in the acceptable levels. The contribution of this paper is an enrichment of the engineering methodologies for the service-oriented system from the perspective of services computing

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa dan kemampuan teknologi digital serta peran kemampuan teknologi digital dalam memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA yang ada di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek) dengan jumlah 200 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian kuesioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM ( Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan Program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap prestasi siswa adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,00. Motivasi mempengaruhi prestasi sebesar 38,50%.  Pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kemampuan teknologi digital adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,00. Motivasi mempengaruhi kemampuan teknologi digital sebesar 47,40%. Pengaruh langsung kemampuan teknologi digital terhadap prestasi siswa adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,00. Kemampuan teknologi digital mempengaruhi prestasi sebesar 51,8%. Pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi terhadap prestasi siswa melalui motivasi belajar adalah positif signifikan dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,00. Motivasi mempengaruhi prestasi dengan dimediasi oleh teknologi digital sebesar 0,1825. Kemampuan teknologi merupakan variabel mediasi pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa. Pengaruh motivasi siswa terhadap kinerja siswa lebih tinggi bila dimediasi oleh kemampuan teknologi digital, dibandingkan motivasi siswa secara langsung terhadap kinerja siswa

    Formulating a Conceptual Model of Digital Service Transformation Based on a Systematic Literature Review

    Digital service transformation study is a part of research in the field of digital transformation, which is devoted to exploring the transformations that occur in digital service products, which have been intensely explored in recent years to address digital disruption. Several concepts and definitions of digital service transformation have emerged as a result of an approach from the point of view of digital transformation and digital services concepts. This paper is organized to provide a foundational understanding of digital service transformation terminology. This paper uses the systematic literature review method to compile 52 qualified articles from previous studies. We conduct an analysis and synthesis of articles to answer research questions. The results of this study are a descriptive summary of research in the digital service transformation field, determining digital service transformation terminology and components, and also a proposed digital service transformation model to explain the position of transformation in digital service products in the overall transformation process.
